Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced(ACSR), It has a steel "core" inside and is wrapped around the steel core with aluminum wire twisted together on the outside; Steel core mainly serves to increase strength, while aluminum stranded wire mainly serves to transmit electrical energy. This 50mm² ACSR wire is designed for overhead power transmission, offering steel-reinforced strength for long-distance spans such as river crossings. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for high-voltage applications due to its high corona limit.

Pay attention to the following steps during installation:

1. Tension control: It is recommended to control the tension at 20% -30% of the rated value to avoid excessive stretching.
2. Sag adjustment: Adjust the sag according to the ambient temperature, generally within the range of 1% -3% span.
3. Connection processing: Use specialized crimping tools, and the recommended crimping pressure is 20-30MPa.
